Mental creation is a formalized process of creating first in your mind and then working to create in tangible reality. This is different than fantasy which, by definition, is escape from reality. Your next assignment is to engage in the process of mental creation. Think about what you want to achieve and then work backwards in your mind, defining each step required to achieve it. The next several questions will help you.
As you begin, it might be helpful to use the four C’s:
Calibration: What mental or emotional wiring limits you and what helps you move forward?
Connection: How will you connect your lessons and classes to practical application in your life?
Condition: How will you measure your efforts so they can be improved?
Contribution: How will you give back to your class and fellow students and eventually to the world?
